WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT 2025-2026

 In consideration for my being permitted to participate in the activities of Little Hills Hunting Preserve, LLC, I agree to the following waiver and release:

I acknowledge that hunting and/or clay shooting has inherent risks, hazards, and dangers that cannot be eliminated. 

I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RISKS, HAZARDS, AND

DANGERS INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION:

1.  The risk of handling firearms and being near others that have firearms in their possessions;   2.   The risk of ear damage from the noise; 3. The risk of injury from the ammunition and shot from other guns; 4. Walking in rugged country, including encounters with wildlife, animals, insects, and plants; 5. Inclement weather.

I am voluntarily using the services provided by David and Amanda Oberle at the Little Hills Hunting Preserve, LLC.

I fully understand the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers involved and hereby assume and accept any and all risks of injury, paralysis, and/or death.  I for myself, my heirs, my successors, and executors further agree not to sue David and/or Amanda Oberle as a result of any injury, paralysis, and/or death suffered in connection with myself and participation in the activities of Little Hills Hunting Preserve, LLC.
